What’s included – solution scope (1) • Consumer Loan Life-Cycle with or without Direct Debit • This business process enables you to execute a complete consumer loan life-cycle providing quick insight into the application processes and their interdependencies. The process is well integrated across the involved system components. • Fixed or variable interest mortgage loan lifecycle • This business process enables the execution of a complete life-cycle of a mortgage loan with fixed or variable interests, integrated across the involved system components. Providing quick insight into the application processes and their interdependencies.

What’s included – solution scope (2) • Accounting for Loans with General Ledger preparation • The business process covers the integrated end-to-end scenario (Integration of Operational and Analytical Banking [IOA]) from Loan Management and Accounting for Financial Instruments with preparation of General Ledger documents. Non-deterministic financial products like accounts and loans in this scenario are aggregated since they often do not require analytical evaluation on a single financial transaction • Additional Business Operations for Loans • The additional business operations include typical events such as payment plan change (PPC), a renewal of the loan contract, early payoff or an early repayment compensation. These steps occur in the context of a consumer or mortgage loan lifecycle.
