Scope of services
Scope of Services

  • “Professional Services”

    Services provided by a licensed Professional within the scope of the practice of accounting, architecture, land surveying, landscape architecture, or Professional engineering and shall also include, but not be limited to, land surveyors, Geotechnical Engineers, interior design Services, and Soils Engineers. (HECOM Ch. 2)

  • “Construction-related Non-professional Services”

    Any Services not specifically identified as Professional Services in the Procurement Rules definition of Professional Services that shall include, but not be limited to, cost consulting, Project management, Project administration, inspection/clerk of the Works, soils/materials testing and other Services which may be performed by either licensed or non-licensed Professionals and are “construction-related.”
