The State Treasury Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Developing the State Budget Execution Report: functions of the Treasury As per the Guidelines on the State Treasury Agency, the Treasury is a body of executive power performing cash execution of the budget and recording such transactions. Th Treasury is responsible for developing the Budget Execution Report, Guidelines on treasury transactions accounting, drafting the Law on the State Budget Execution.

The State Treasury Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Developing the State Budget Execution Report: functions of the Treasury The Treasury has the right to demand from budget organizations and other organizations – recipients of financial aid from the state budget - monthly, quarterly and annual Application of Funds statements by function, economic and administration classifications.

The State Treasury Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan The procedure for generating and submitting the State Budget Execution Report • Monthly statements are generated before the 25th day of the next month. • Quarterly statements are generated before the end of the next month. • Annual statement and draft Law are developed before April 25 of the next month. The statements are submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers, Chamber of Audits and State Statistics Committee

The State Treasury Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Application of Funds statements by budget organizations broken down by function, economic and administration classifications For the purposes of implementing Decree of the President # 429 “On Some Measures to Arrange E-Services Provided by Government Bodies”dated May 23, 2011, in June 2012 the Centralized Reporting System of the Main State Treasury was introduced to enable e-statements submission.
