超声医学总论 授课教师 王志刚. 第 一 节 诊断超声的物理特性. 超声诊断是指运用超声波原理对人体组织的物理特性、形态结构与运动功能状态做出判断的一种非创伤性检查方法。. 一、 概 论 (一)超声波定义 声源振动频率 〉2 万赫兹( Hz )的机械波为超声波。 超声诊断所用声源振动频率一般为: 1-10 兆赫( MHz ),常用为: 2.5-5.0 MHz 。. (二)超声波的主要物理量 1 、波长( λ ) 在波的传播方向上,质点完成一次振动的距离,单位是 mm 。 2 、周期 (T) 质点完成一次振动的时间。.
