  2. Appetizers • Egg Rolls$1.99They are normally filled with barbecued pork or shrimp - vegetables can include cabbage, celery, and bean sprouts • Spring Rolls $1.99A lighter, more delicate version of egg rolls, made with a flour and water wrapper (no egg).     

  3. Appetizers cont. • Deep Fried Wontons $2.69Wonton wrappers filled with ground pork and a variety of vegetables and seasonings before deep-frying.  Crab Rangoon $2.67A variation on deep-fried wontons. The wontons are stuffed with crab, cream cheese and scallions before deep-frying.      

  4. Soups • Egg Drop Soup $5.29A classic dish -  flavored chicken broth or stock topped with silken threads of egg. • Hot and Sour Soup $4.29contain bean curd, Chinese black mushrooms and usually pork, but the remaining ingredients can vary.
