WP 4 objectives • WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination (Grand-Lyon) • To define the promotion and the dissemination plan (at local and European level) • To ensure efficiente communication and coordinate Renaissance promotion activities (at local and European level) • WP 4.2 : common dissemination activities (Hespul) • To contribute to and organise the dissemination of common results and activities upon the request of the Commission (Concerto+)

WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination ACTIONS COMPLETED (oct 05 - june 07) • Development of promotional tools: • Logo • Section on partners Websites • Promotional brochure • Articles and publications • Take part in promotion activities in the framework of international, national and local events : indicative liste 

WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination Technical seminars: • PV seminar (Malmö)- Hespul, Oct. 06 • meeting « low consumption building » (Londres)-INSA, Feb. 07 • Inter-academic congress Franco-Québéquois- INSA, May 07, … Local and national events: • Hosting delegations to present the project and give site visits • Pollutec 2006 (Lyon), Assises de l’énergie (Grenoble), … • Workshops / debates • Training European and international: • Sustainable Energy week (Bruxelles)- ING (lot C), UB Feb. 07 • Global City 2007 (Lyon)- GL/Hespul, mai 07, …

WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination ACTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT Define local and european promotion and dissemination strategy European strategy : develop a common vision between « Renaissance» partners concerning targets and means of actions (dissemination, promotion, training) Local strategy: develop and implemente a promotion plan and a dissemination plan

WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination ACTION PLAN AND PLANNING • European strategy : discussions to be initiated in Milan with the workshops results Leader: GL • Local strategy: • discussion initiated between GL, SEM, and Hespul • a communication plan will be proposed in summer 07 • a dissemination plan should be clarified and proposed in autumn 07 Leader: GL

WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination SOME TRACKS FOR 2007 - 2008 • Tools envisaged : • Website « Renaissance » • Promotional brochure (4 languages) • Others: video, poster, … • Ideas on events: • MIPIM 2008 : the world property market event - march 2008 (with the 3 partners) • Events organised by Eurocities (network of major European cities) • Internationale exposition Zaragoza 2008

WP 4.2 : common dissemination activities ACTIONS COMPLETED (oct 05 - june 07) • Contribution upon the request of Concerto + to the development: • Website (Global City minutes) • Promotional brochure • Posters • CDRom • Discussion about : • a «regional site visit» (to discuss on technical monitoring issue) at Grenoble - fall 2007 • A French socio-economy workshop - 2008

  9. WP 4.2 : common dissemination activities ACTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT • To continue with the creation of common tools (upon the request of Concerto +) • To provide information (local/european) to fill in the Concerto + website and the Concerto + newsletters
