  8. When and Why? • Always save a copy of the files • Use a pendrive, CD, portable hard disk or suitable device. • Store in a safe place • Keep back ups regularly

  10. BACK UP METHOD Investigate one of the following back up methods, • Full (easy) • Incremental (medium) • Differential, (a challenge) When do you use it, how often, advantages / disadvantages, how long does it take?
