  1. Ready Mix Concrete Plant: Meeting Modern Demands The demands of modern construction are to deliver consistent quality in the shortest amount of time. Efficient engineering and construction innovations have reduced the duration of building projects. This is predicated on the notion that every day spent on construction is a day lost. This is why construction projects demand not just reliable and sturdy materials, but also solutions that save time. Ready mix concrete is one product that offers consistency and speed over their counterparts. Ready Mix Concrete Plant The quality of the ready-mix concrete is only as good as the process used to produce it. The production values and equipment in the ready-mix concrete batching plant or drum plant determines their product. It is best to work with equipment from a company that is committed to research and development. Their products are efficient, state-of-the-art, and designed to expedite the process, resulting in shorter construction time. For the ready-mix concrete plant, it is recommended to have a concrete cooling system. Brands like Eurotec can provide a complete concrete batching plant even to jobsites on remote locations due to their modular components. These components can be erected as a fully functional ready mix plant concrete batching plant within days. Quality of the Mixers Aside from using quality materials, the main factor to produce high-quality ready-mix concrete is the mixing process. There are three innovative mixers used by Eurotech, and you can choose the one that fits the needs of your project. Twin Shaft Mixer

  2. The twin shaft mixer used in Eurotec concrete batch plants is made with robust steel structure, and they are incorporated with thick interior abrasion proof linings. They are truly designed for plants that will produce large volumes with high mixing intensity. With its double-mixing spiral paddle structure, it can withstand abrasion and continue to perform at a high level. The mixing paddles of the twin shaft mixer are designed at an angle of 90° and it also means it can yield higher loads of zero-slump concrete. These include ready-mix concrete, precast, roller compacted concrete (RCC), heavy concrete, and high-performance concrete. Planetary Pan Mixer Another innovative piece of equipment is the Planetary Pan Mixer. It utilizes a technically advanced, high speed planetary gearbox. The result is a fast discharge with a high quality consistent concrete batch. The gearbox can guarantee a low failure rate. The Pan Mixer is also designed to save energy and reduce wear and tear. It is powered by a hydraulic motor, and its Fast Discharge Device (“FDD”) scraper is only activated during the discharge cycle.

  3. The Continuous Mixer Continuous Mixer is recommended for large capacity continuous concrete production use. This energy efficient mixer is widely used in road base construction, CTB, mortar supply, and other large-size RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) dam projects. The continuous mixer uses a combined vertical and horizontal movement which ensures complete disintegration of the cement. This is vital since concrete requires uniform mixing throughout the aggregates so the resulting texture of the concrete would be consistent.
