Opportunities • Romania: • 23 millions population • over 200,000 stores • Romanian trade is settled, active and working, and therefore prepared for direct distribution • Yugoslavia shelf prices are lower (up to 70% on some products) than similar products shelf prices in Romania • Yugoslav products are not totally unknown to the Romanian consumer, and overall are perceived as highly qualitative • You have good production capacities 4 09/17/100

Luigi Ionescu -background • In the last 7 years I worked for Procter & Gamble - selling and distributing consumer goods - starting as a Sales Rep and reaching the Regional Sales Manager position • I was responsible for a third of the country, and worked in 5 different regions. • I managed both P&G and Interbrands (P&G unique distributor) people and business • I’m quite knowledgeable about the Romanian trade, and I have good direct personal contacts with most big wholesalers. • In nutshell, I believe I’m qualified enough and got the know how, reputation and expertise, to build a new distribution structure in Romania 5 09/17/100

The plan & succession of steps • Find and qualify Yugoslav manufacturers of consumer goods, interested in exporting in Romania • Test their products in the Romanian Market • If test proven successful, start building a coherent distribution, based on both wholesale and direct distribution (distribution with vehicles); build and design all the supporting systems • Consolidate the range of products and suppliers as to have a sustainable advantage in a high competitive market 6 09/17/100

How it will work • Quick and rough market research • Start gross export and selling to several important wholesalers/ distributors • Final shelf prices - in the absence of any forma of advertising - should be competitive/ cheaper than the similar already existing • Build distribution gradually for the products proven to have potential 7 09/17/100
