Summary of Drafting Group Meeting • Prior to 3rd WLTP informal meeting, • the drafting group meeting was held twice hosted by European Commission to finalize the proposed roadmap. • Meeting Date : 19th March, 27th ~ 28th April 2009 • Attendee : European Commission, France, • Germany, India, Japan, NL, Sweden, UK, • USA, AECC,FIA,OICA and Technical Secretary. • Meeting Outcome : • Finalize the proposed WLTP roadmap • ( WLTP-03-03, -04, -05 ) • 2. List the open points to be discussed at 3rd WLTP • informal group and 58th GRPE ( WLTP-03-02 )

Next Actions • Nominate Chairman for each sub-group during Phase I work prior to 148th WP.29 • Make a decision to handle “OCE” and “MAC” in Phase I or not during 148th WP.29/AC.3 • Make a decision to handle “Durability” and “In-Service Conformity” in WLTP or not. • Revise the roadmap based on 148th WP.29/AC.3 decision and submit formal document to 149th WP.29/AC.3 before the end of July 2009 (by technical secretary) • Start DHC work immediately after approval of 148th WP.29/AC.3
