Main Courses ofITM Application-2 • New “episteme of epoch” (in sense of Michel Foucault) connected with self-organization or synergetic ideas about emerging of “the order out of chaos” (Prigogine, Stengers, 1984) • IMT ideas of X- and Y-institutions’ self-reproduction according to material and technological conditions of nations are supported as embodiment of new synergetic approach. Svetlana Kirdina, September 2008
