  2. If you aren’t able to use Secure Data Input Feature in Kaspersky Internet Security, it can be because of various reasons. Note that Secure Data Input is not available for every web page and have numerous limitations. To make use of Secure Data Input tool know that it operates with the following limitations:

If you have installed Google Japanese Input on your Windows XP, Vista or 7, Secure Keyboard will not function. • The feature will only work if the web page is available in the list of URLs of secure data input. • The web page you opened should be added to the Exclusions for Secure Data Input whether you open it on Safe Browser or Regular Browser.

Make sure you have Installed Kaspersky Protection on your PC and enabled it in the browser. • Ensure the Password entry field on all website is selected. • When you enable Secure Data Input, the Autofill option of Internet Explorer get disabled. • If you are running Windows XP or the text box is not a password field or the browser is opened via Sandboxie application, the keyboard Input will not work with the ATOK application.

  5. The Keyboard Input component will function properly under given circumstances: • If the text entry box has a max length defined, the text you enter should be at least 3 characters long. • The text field should not be read-only.
