Bell Activity Operations – those parts of the company that produce the company’s goods and/or services. • PREDICT how the key terms on page 262 are related to operations. • Think of a job you have been paid to do and write a list of the tasks performed at that job. • Reminder – I need your permission to travel and permission for video form this week.

Section 11.2 Page 262 • Read Section 11.2 silently. • Try to remember as much as possible to recall later. • Take a fact from each student in the room • Correct facts through discussion • Reread with ½ the time • Correct more facts and add important new ones. • Reorganize the information in a graphic representation or list group label.

  18. Guided Practice • What is the difference between “job content” and “job design”? • Content – describes what the job is • Design – describes how the job is done.
