  2. Život • Rodiče: Johann Beethoven a Marie Magdalen KeverichLeymováSourozenci: Ludwig a dalších 6 sourozenců (dožili se dospělosti jenom 3)

  3. Jeho otec byl jeho první učitel který ho učil hrát na klavír. Byl krutý a vždy chtěl, aby Ludwig byl v hraní na klavíru dokonalý. Za každou menší chybu kterou Ludwig udělal, byl surově bit. Od roku 1792 se Ludwig mohl živit jako svobodný umělec. Žil také z honorářů za koncerty a z výuky žáků. Od roku 1795 začal mít problémy se sluchem, v roce 1816 úplně ohluchnul. V roce 1827 zemřel na reálnu otravu olovem.
