  1. Activities undertaken by ADRAT Oct/07 – Sept/08 Vatra Dornei, 18th September 2008

  2. Information actions • Working Meeting with some local and regional partners, presenting them the project and its tasks, requiring also some collaboration agreements.

  3. Information actions For this meeting, we invited some local entities, related with vocational training, agriculture and local administration entities.

  4. Collaboration agreements • We obtained for the moment 4 collaboration agreements: • 1 Agriculture Cooperative • 1 Touristic Enterprise (SME) • 1 Cultural and Sportive Association • 1 Forestry Association

  5. Collaboration agreements • We will continue the contacts in order to obtain the necessary collaboration agreements.

  6. Contact with social communication • We made several contacts, through Internet and mailing, with local and regional press, even there wasn’t any articles published referring the project.

  7. Project pamphlet • Edition of the Portuguese version (with partner ADRAL): total of 1000 exemplars.

  8. Utilization of the NTIC • Using a mailing list as well as ADRAT’s webpage (www.adrat.pt), we used these technologies to promote the project and the partnership.

  9. Utilization of the NTIC • The project was also promoted in another Leonardo da Vinci project website (pilot-project NATURA NET, together with ADESPER): www.natura2000net.eu

  10. Utilization of the NTIC • Recently (September 2008), the project AGRONATUR was registered on the network ENTER (www.enter-network.eu), using its e-mail alert system to disseminate the evolvement of the project.

  11. Projects’ Internet page • This is a specific task of ADRAT. • We contacted several enterprises asking for proposals, but we didn’t decided which company to contract, given the necessary budget changes, meanwhile required to the National Agency.

  12. Participation in events organized by other entities • ADRAT was present on an exposition fair in Ourense (Spain), where we gave some information about the project.

  13. Selection of trainees • We contacted and ask to several local and entities to inform us about potential trainees for the pilot-course. • However we still don’t have a definite selection; we expect to conclude it till December 2008.

  14. Translations • Jointly with ADESPER, we finished the English version of the manual resumes, so all partners could translate them to their own languages. • The translation of the Portuguese version of IN NATURE resume is completed. • The ACTIVE TOURISM was made by ADRAL.

  17. Progress reports • We ask the partnership to full fill an Internal Evaluation Report, so we can produce a global Progress Report at mid-project execution and present it together with the Interim Report. • We also made a list of all activities undertaken within the project: e-mails sent, documents produced, results achieved, etc.
