The Training Room helps people with a passion for health and fitness build exciting, rewarding careers.

The Training Room has 17 academies across the UK and you can train full-time, part time or at home.

The Training Room has trained over 6000 people to become personal trainers – and guarantees interviews with their corporate partners

2012 has been an amazing year for UK sport – with the Olympics and Paralympics – but we can do even better!

We want you to pick an Olympic Sport and create a dedicated training plan that will improve skill, strength and stamina.

The winning submission will be rewarded with a Diploma in Personal Training worth over 3k
