The SCI in collaboration with some organizations, SCI has made a committee to define indicators and identify their sources. • In this committee we work jointly with Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology; Ministry of Health and some other organizations….

  10. The SCI is able to define more than 36 indicators in 6 groups 1. Human Resources 2. Scientific Publications 3. Innovation 4. The Cost of R&D 5. Technology 6. International Corporations

  14. The Expenditure of R&D • Rate of R&D expenditure to GDP by education and research ( private and public)
