  2. Log in MOFA dedicate page at: www.aetnainternational.com/ksamofa Click on ‘Member’ link in the top corner under Secure Login Login/Registration

  3. If you have not registered please choose ‘Register for online access’ Member/Registration

  4. Choose ‘Aetna International Member’ from the drop down box Member/Registration

  5. Member ID: Enter your “W ID Number” Found on your Aetna International ID Card. Temporary Password: Follow Instructions in the tooltip (little blue i) Following the verification of your Member information, you will be asked to create a User Name and permanent Password Member/Registration

  6. User names must be between 8 and 40 characters must include at least one letter must include at least one numeral may include special characters (e.g., $, @, #, %) Passwords are case sensitive must be between 8 and 20 characters must include upper and lower case letters must include at least one numeral may include special characters (e.g., $, @, #, %) may not contain your user name, first name, last name, member id, or the answer to your security question Username/Password requirements Member/Registration

  7. Once registration is complete, members will be able to login to the website with the user name and password they have created. Member/Login
