  3. TREATMENT • UreteroRenoScopy (URS) blasting / basketing 2. Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) 3. PerCutaneous NephroLithotomy (PCNL)

  4. INCONTINENCE • CONTINENCE: • normal pressure/volume relationship • absence of uninhibited contractions • satisfactory intrinsic closure capability of the urethra & functional anatomical support structures

  5. URGE Investigation: history / exam, urodynamics, cystoscopy Treatment: a) behavioural, pharmacological b) surgical: augmentation, botox

  6. STRESS (SUI, GSI) • TREATMENT: • a) behavioural, pharmacological, physiotherapy, • b) surgical: open, minimally invasive (TVT, TOT) • (overflow)
