This safety means that they not only feel protected but that they are taken seriously, dealt with compassion and my clients have expressed that they finally can sleep at night” “ all of my clients have said how much safer they feel. It has reduced their fear and also helps them to know they are believed and have a right to feel safe. It also helps restore any lost faith they may have in the “system” from previous bad responses from agencies” “the visits by the scheme are a lifeline for their service, it is excellent and very professional.
