This risks are proven to take its toll in the human body. It has caused difficulty of the body to resist infection, avoid injury and manage vital functions. You are prone to being ill, be sleep deprived, not being able to digest food properly and worst is the genetic material in your body end up being altered. In the mental health’s aspect, you become more irritable and disposed to anxiety and depression. Memory can also become rusty that leads to making poor decisions. You tend to forget how to have fun causing you the feeling of isolation, being out casted or alone. Clearly, with all that was mentioned, stress is not a good thing both for your mental and physical health. Each one of us needs a day to get away from all of it, even for a short time. Vacation can help lull the stress cycle. Take some time to spend with your family and friends, give yourself a break from the routines that you usually do. A successful vacation can make you feel anew; ready to face the world and its challenged, a fresher perspective on dealing with problems. Take a lot of pictures and never feel guilty when you have emails that you were not able to open when you are out of the office. Deal with the work related stuff when you get back home.
