  1. INDOOR CITIES Housing will come in two forms: 1. Luxuriant rental housing owned by the city.2. Luxuriant private housing owned by a citizen for the citizens lifetime then reverting to the city. The best will finally be available to everybody! Housing Food, clothes, medicines will be sold here. Citizen business will operate here also. Commerce All large scale manufacturing (corporations) to be owned and operated by the people right here in the city. Food, clothes, medicine will be sold at cost. Manufacturing 200 Miles INDOOR CITIES is the path to the future! Only by eliminating the separation can we enable full participation in production. One wage for all citizens. Significant bonuses for: high achievers, inventors. Any job for any citizen without applications or interviews. When you join a job you enter the training program and are paid the same. Join a job or quit a job for a new one without restriction. All industries will provide bonuses for high achievers and inventors. Citizens who consistently win bonuses will be given options to enter management as high ranking officials in that industry. These high achieving citizens will be our leaders. All mothers will receive wage and a half at the birth of their first child. All business and city documents will be visible to everyone. The computer system can know and monitor every person constantly. Need to find your friend ask the computer where they are from anywhere. The world will be open to you at all levels. The better you are the higher you go, in the industry of your own choosing, or in all industries. Along with becoming a leader there will be the admiration of your fellow workers and citizens. High achiever’s, inventor’s names will be on display boards throughout the city constantly updated so everyone will know who our leaders are. The city will be Owned, Operated, and Governed by the citizens. Product quality will be perfection; repeat sales will no longer be an issue. Job fluidity will allow people to discover what they really like. This will improve everything tremendously. One water supply, one plumbing system, one ventilation system. All of these can be worked to perfection. The indoor environment will be cleaner and more luxuriant than what ninety percent of the world’s citizens have ever seen. The best minds will be their and our house will be a common one. No Jails - No Cops - No Fences The ingenuity of five billion people will be at work! We will have evolved beyond the food supply! The Galaxy will be our next adventure! The surface of the Earth will return to it’s original pristine state. (The return of the rivers, lakes, fertile valleys and the animals). JAB
