In the weeks leading up to the event, there will be various other events such as • A“Next Big Band” taking place over two heats and a final, with each heat in a London venue able to hold between 200-300 people at a time. • The winner of the final will be awarded the opening slot of the evening. • Various fundraisers at The Century Club and Water Rats in London • These events will • promote the main event • capture details of audiences (Name, email and mobile number) • Provide data for marketing purposes for main event • A One off access to database for the main event sponsor Leading up to the event

  4. The song ”The Long Road” was written by Free From Gravity’s front man, Vince Barnes, as a dedication to his mother’s battle and survival from cancer. • It is a touching song, well recorded and produced and has a very emotional video to go with it. • The song can be seen here http://youtu.be/8jpiyLJqR8A • All proceeds from the sale of the song will be donated to Yes To Life (www.yestolife.org.uk) A charity dedicated to providing support, advice and funding to people with cancer and their families. About The Long Road

  5. We will be engaging the audience on a deeper level • The message is touching • We will give them one hell of a show • Create Special event only mementos. These would be categorised as follows: • CD of the show. CD’s could be burnt on site right after the show • A DVD of the night. We will be taking a video crew to the venue. This would be a limited edition and only available on the night • T-Shirts and other merchandise produced on the night. Imagery from the actual concert to be used • Special Edition CDs. Each of the artists playing provide two of their songs for a compilation CD The Audience

  6. Direct access to 2,500 people on the night with minimal risk. • Indirect access during the lead up events (Next Big Band) will attract around 250 per event. Other events will attract 150 per event (approx. 5 in total) • The bands social media reach. With 40+ bands from around the UK taking part in “The Next Big Band” each band having 500 – 2,000 followers/likes - some with over 50,000. That’s a potential social media reach of 250,000+ • Increasing exposure through: • the events promotional efforts – this will be done through Local, regional and national media outlets, Radio. TV and press/magazines. We have already received interest from Brooklands Radio to cover the event on outside Broadcast – they have a reach of over 340,000 listeners and will plug the event in the weeks leading to it as well as associated events. Benefit to the sponsor

  7. The charity‘s patronage – there is a large patronage of over 10,000 which will be targeted through email and the charity’s newsletter. • The leaflet/flyer campaign. The sponsor’s name will be on the leaflet drop which will give exposure to 250,000 additional people targeted via postcode and key tube stations • The venue and ticketing agency marketing platforms as well as O2 and Amex • All associated website and social media outlets • Press Radio and TV– local and national media coverage • Being part of a newsworthy event – alternative treatment message being delivered through music, to our knowledge, has never been done before. It is also a subject close to many people’s hearts. • Being an active participant for a national charity

  8. There is a very powerful message that touches at least 50% of the UK population • The event will mix heritage acts with emerging talent • The event will be newsworthy • The event will aid a well respected UK charity What's our USP?

  9. This is a fantastic opportunity for sponsors to be involved with a involved with a unique and independent cancer charity • This is an opportunity to increase your overall exposure during the event and preliminary concerts in the run up to the event. • It has been demonstrated that the value of this proposition far outweighs the cost involved and the potential payback for the sponsors in 3 key areas • Greater direct exposure to potential target market through the exposure received by Free From Gravity´s and Yes To Life’s own marketing campaign • Excellent exposure with a newsworthy USP (Cancer alternative treatment) that will generate public interest • Potential for product positioning with Free From Gravity and Yes To Life and close interaction with audiences at the concerts We very much look forward to working with you as our fan and sponsor Summary
