CGA Response Strategy Based on the regulatory drivers, potential spill threats and existing gaps in response coverage, CGA’s response strategy is four fold: Provide a robust rapid 6-hour response capability to any near shore oil spill threat Provide a rapid and targeted aerial dispersant response within 2-hours of notification Provide an on water 48-hour surge capability of +600K bbls of EDRC/day Provide a dedicated air asset(s) to tactically direct all on-water response assets
