-Periosteal disruption is uncommon resulting in little or no callus formation.
25. -Fracture fragments edges are typically wider at the edges and narrower at the center due to the tendency of the peripheral microfractures to angle obliquely toward the diaphysis.
-Triangular fragmentation may be appreciated if viewed in profile: Corner Fractures
-Viewed obliquely will show curvilinear lucencies.
