    23. RADIOGRAPHIC APPEARANCE OF CML: -Lucent areas with in the subphyseal metaphysis -Complete or partially across the metaphysis -Perpendicular to the long axis of the bone -Periosteal disruption is uncommon resulting in little or no callus formation.

    25. -Fracture fragments edges are typically wider at the edges and narrower at the center due to the tendency of the peripheral microfractures to angle obliquely toward the diaphysis. -Triangular fragmentation may be appreciated if viewed in profile: “Corner Fractures” -Viewed obliquely will show curvilinear lucencies.
