Survey Background & Methodology • Overview: Survey Methodology • ITIC conducted an independent Web-based survey of 250 respondents in April/May 2011 • This was a repeat of our earlier April/May & October/November 2010 surveys • Survey consisted of multiple choice questions and essay responses • Two dozen first-person interviews • Overview: Survey demographics • Respondents included SMBs, mid-sized and large enterprises • Responses were nearly equally divided among all three segments • Respondents came from 20 countries; 81% came from North America
