INTRODUCTION WAN HAI LINES was established in 1965, through more than 30 years of experiences in shipping, WAN HAI LINES has become one of the leading carriers with the most intensive voyages and complete service network with over 75 branches and agents all over the world. In 1993, WAN HAI LINES extended its operation to Vietnam market with the General Agent - Inlaco Saigon - with head office in HOCHIMINH City and branches in Hanoi, HaiPhong & Danang City. WAN HAI LINES has been successful at the aim of strengthening operational capability and continuous growth. In April 2004, in order to respond to the rapid development trend of the international trade and global transportation needs, WAN HAI LINES launched the new Far East - Europe service (FES) which offer: • Weekly Fixed Day Departure from Far East to Europe. • Connecting Shanghai, NingBo, HongKong, Shekou, Singapore, Port Klang, Rotterdam, Hamburg and Antwerp directly. • A large number of none - direct ports through our own service network to connect

Connecting Vietnam to the North Europe(Rotterdam, Hamburg, & Antwerp) The booming in the Vietnam - Europe trade in the recent past years has been considerable and is expected to grow at a significant pace in the foreseeable future. Wan Hai Lines is pleased to inform that our Far East - Europe service has been launching successfully from April 2004 connecting Vietnam main ports (HoChiMinh City, Danang, Haiphong) to North Europe ports including Rotterdam, Hamburg & Antwerp. Provide customers with: • Acceptance cargoes from HoChiMinh, Danang, Haiphong to Rotterdam, Hamburg and Antwerp ports in the North Europe via Singapore. • Stable & frequency schedule, timely connections on the mother vessel. • Sufficient and adequate equipment. • Professional service from well trained staff who always pay particular attention on customer’s requirements. All of the above factors are the unique characteristics of Wan Hai Lines that have never been changed and have made our service obtain the customer’s continuous and precious supports more and more.

You can trace out your container movement without making phone to WHL office. The way is very simple: - Connect to WHL website. - Choose the menu “Service”, then click on item “cargoes tracking”: a table query will appear on the screen. - Type your B/L number or Container number. Click Ok. All information regarding your shipment movement will appear to meet your request. You also can check out all the offices address of Wan Hai Lines network around the world by clicking on item “Contact Us” in our website. • 3. Where does Wan Hai Lines service network cover?  Wan Hai Lines service network cover & connect Vietnam to all Intra-Asia countries, America & Europe. • 4. Where does Wan Hai Lines Far East - Europe service cover?  Wan Hai Lines Far East – Europe connects ports: Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Port Klang, Rotterdam, Hamburg and Antwerp directly.
