  3. La primavera • Spring: think of the premiere of the year since spring is the first season that begins in the year and flowers are premiering in the spring. • Also notice primavera has pri just like spring does.

  4. el verano • Summer: think that it gets very hot in the summer • You might see a “bear” “oh, no!” while camping in the summer

  5. el otoño • Fall: think of the word autumn since it also begins with a vowel. • Also think that the leaves change their color tone in the fall as their colors change.

  6. el invierno • Winter: you stay inside in the winter because it is so cold. • You might veer off the rode on the ice during the winter.
