  39. As we would expect, the exclusions detail report continues to cover all exclusions provided in the return. Which will now include permanent and fixed term exclusions for the previous term as well as the term two terms previous, but will not include lunch time exclusions.

  41. The position as at the effective date for the current Autumn census (03/10/2019) is collected as usual.

  43. It is very important to bear in mind that the data to be provided is NOT what actually happened in the year, but is best thought of as an opportunity to correct any mistakes made when describing the position on the previous year’s effective date.

  44. Although the same tools are available for updating the previous year’s data, it is very unlikely that they will be needed, as most schools will have made a handful of mistakes, if any.

  46. Although this table includes students with learning aims between 01/08/2017 and 04/10/2018, only the data for those students who also have learning aims between 01/09/2018 and 03/10/2019 will be included in School Census Autumn 2019.

  48. Columns have been added to the Post-16 Programmes of Study detail report, so that it displays the hours planned for the previous year, as well as the hours planned for the current year.
