  3. Dugout Club • The purpose of the dugout club is to help support our teams and provide enthusiastic support of our baseball program • How we do it: • Fund Raising • Volunteering • Areas that we focus on: • Support Player Development • Field Improvements and Maintenance • Team Building

  8. Player Development • Assistant Coaches Salary • Dugout Club funds 4 assistant coaches • $10,386 • Fund Coaches attending Coaching Clinics • $330 - St. Olaf • $455 - MN State High School Coaches Association • Youth Clinic sponsored by CP Coaches

Field Improvements and Maintenance • This year we funded three major projects: • Bull Pens • Water to the Infield • Complete except for purchase of hose, hose reel, nozzles • New Scoreboard • Other Planned Purchase • Screens for all fields • General Maintenance • Spring clean-up day planned for 29 March

Team Building • Uniforms and Equipment • Uniform Update • Baseballs, Practice and Field Equipment • Player Pack • 2014 Player Pack will include: • Hat • Captains Shirt • Team Shorts • 2 pair of socks • Belt • Senior Night at the ball game • Plan is the same as last year. Barbecue for all players at Noble. Junior parents to plan/work barbecue. • End of Season Party • Team Building Night • Event for each team • Fund Website

  11. Fund Raising • Fund Raising • Rebel Cards • Need help signing up local businesses. Need POC for companies that would support • Budget assumes we will average 15 cards sold per player. We are not planning “Blitz Night”. Each player responsible to sell. Incentives to sell 20 . • Basketball Tournament • Will need significant support from Parents and Players • Outfield Fence Signs • Need help signing up local businesses.
