    4. Purpose of the Post-High Program: To provide individualized community based opportunities to meet the needs of students with ASD (ages 18-26) in the following areas: Vocational / Academic Daily Living Behavior Social

    5. Note: This program may not be effective for students who have not had an opportunity to be involved in an inclusionary model of programming using organized systems.
