  2. FACTS • IN THE EARLY 1950’S SCHOOLS DID NOT LET BLACKS AND WHITES GO TOGETHER. • THE BLACK PEOPLE SCHOOLS HAD ONLY ONE ROOM, AND THEY USED THE OLD BOOKS OF THE WHITES. • There was a group called the K.K.K. They killed the black people.

  3. SCHOOL BUSSES • WHEN A BLACK PERSON TRIED TO RIDE A BUS THEY WOULD GET BEAT UP. • WHEN A BUS FULL OF WHITE PEOPLE WENT BY BLACK PEOPLE THEY WOULD THROW STUFF AT THEM.

  4. DIFFERENCES • THE BLACKS WENT WHEN TO GET A DRINK OF WATER THERE WOULD BE A LITTLE PIPE FROM THE BIGGER ONE. • THEY ALSO HAD TO USE DIFFERENT RESTROOMS.
