Introduction • The project is being led by Skills for Growth (S4G),a registered charity that provides a range of high quality training programmes aimed young people aged 16-24 in South London boroughs. S4G lead in terms of the bid and accountability. • The project is being delivered in a consortia with the London Work Based Learning Alliance (LWBLA) – the regional provider network. www.lwbla.com

Introduction • Part of the Traineeship Staff Support Programme (TSSP), funded by The Education & Training Foundation (ETF) via the Association of Employers & Providers (AELP) • The Traineeship ‘My Pocket Tutor’ brand is a new learner centred suite of mobile apps offering a personal diagnostic tool, learning content, with support for the employer.

  4. Overview The focus is to have sector wide impact by: • Investing in the quality and productive capacity of staff with new mobile open access learning tools. • Improve learners/trainees ability to succeed by using mobile resources. • Stimulate employer engagement & maximise the value of work experience.
