  4. Lifestyle goals: What type of lifestyle do you want? How do you want to spend your time, energy, and money?

  5. Self-assessment:Your values, interest, skills and aptitudes, personality, work environment preferences, and relationship preferences.

  6. Values: the beliefs that guide the way you live.

  7. Interests: leisure activities school activities, favorite classes, sports, and social activities you enjoy doing.

  8. Aptitudes: an ability or natural talent

  10. Co-op: cooperative

  11. Work study programs: an educational plan in which students alternate between paid employment and formal study.
