Every organization benefits when the workforce is proud of where they work, secure in feeling valued, and comfortable with feelings of physical and psychological safety. The Keys send a message to all employees that the organization is completely opposed to sexual harassment and cares about the well-being of everyone. These are the factors that drive people to excel, to go the extra mile, and to commit to quality. Equality and Opportunity for All: Inclusiveness Wins by Dr. Cornell Thomas. 18. Program Report Generation • Once your Concept Keys program is completed, you can download your Program Analysis Report and print it out in textbook form if you like. This can be found on the Available Keys and Quizzes page for your program. • You can view your report online at the website or click on a 'Printer Friendly' link to get access to a printable version. The report contains all of the keys and micro-lessons, all of your Food For Thought responses, your Retention quizzes, your Most Important Keys, and a section displaying any statistical data gathered. • Your program will remain online for at least 3 months after it is completed, at which time it will be moved offline into permanent storage. If you, at some point in the future, need access to your program responses they can be made available to you for a nominal fee.

  19. Available Program Customizations We offer three basic types of customizations for our programs: Program Customization, Branding, and Program Creation. • Program Customization entails different elements of the online learning system: The Food For Thought questions, The Retention Quizzes, and The Most Important Keys. • Branding comes in three areas: 1) You can have the subject line of the daily key reminder message changed (e.g. 'Company XYZ Reminds You About Key #34!') or 2) You can modify the top of the key itself to contain a specific message for your group (e.g. 'Company MNO Wants You to Communicate Effectively by Remembering Key 28: Avoid 'trigger' words!'). Or 3) You can have the Food For Thought section branded (e.g. FFT brought to you by xyz company. All of the above are just examples. You can literally put whatever you wish for your branded material. • Program Creation is a bit more complicated and will require work from you as well. We can take material from your own company and re-work it into a Concept Keys program. We have various options available for this type of customization. If you are interested in this, please contact us directly at concepts@conceptkeys.com.

  20. Program Expectations • So, what can you expect to get out of a program? As with most educational systems, you get out of it what you put into it. Concept Keys provides a great vehicle for improving your workplace and it really does work. However, it is not a silver bullet. You have to want your workplace to improve and you have to put your energy into making that happen. Don't misunderstand, our programs will get results with a minimum level of engagement, but with some enthusiasm and real participation by your company as a whole, the results will be staggering. • To facilitate the best Concept Keys experience, we provide The Teamwork, Loyalty, and Commitment Manual (a $49.95 value) free with any program purchase. This e-book is chock full of real-world techniques and exercises to help get your company involved and excited about any of our programs. • The importance of a fun and safe workplace is paramount in today's world. We believe our programs provide a great means to achieve such an environment and we invite you to be a part of it! We offer a one week demonstration package at no charge and no obligation.

  21. Demonstration Package Our Demonstration Package is intended to show you exactly what it is like to be a participant in one of our programs. The sign-up process is very short and we require a very minimum of information from you. • The actual Demonstration consists of 5 days of keys and micro-lessons starting the day you specify, the daily Food For Thought questions, one Retention Quiz, one Most Important Key quiz, and your Final Analysis Report. All of this is accessed exactly as a participant does in a real program. The choice of program is up to you! • Additionally, you will be able to access some of the Branding options from your Participants page. These are not normally available to a participant, they're simply there so you can explore all of what we offer. • As with all of our programs, upon completion we give you the opportunity to fill out a quick survey rating your experience with the program and providing us with any feedback you'd like to impart. Finally, we want you to know if for any reason you are no longer interested in the Demonstration Package after you've started, you can cancel at any time. No questions asked...well okay, we do ask you to tell us why, but it is a completely optional part of the cancellation process! • Now comes the opportunity you've surely been waiting for! Please head on over to the Demonstration Package Sign-up Page!

  22. Certification Option Elements A.
