(TSX-V: ADR.H) is a Canada-based company employing aggressive land acquisition and strategic partnerships to increase exposure to discovery while mitigating risk to shareholders. The Company’s principal business is acquisition, exploration and development of mining properties. The Company is in the process of identifying, evaluating acquisition targets and is ready for rapid expansion in a sector exhibiting exponential growth.

Management Team Yan Zhang, MBA President & CEO He is the chairman of China Blue Capital Group, the founder and principal of the Tianjin Equity Exchange (TJS) Mining Board and the principal of the Tsinghua University Mining Education Program. With his experience and reputation in the Chinese mining industry, Mr. Zhang will provide strategic depth to Arcland’s Board of Directors. Mr. Zhang holds a MBA degree from Tsinghua University, China. George Lian, MA Economics Director Mr. George Lianpracticed as a licensed lawyer for 6 years in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. During his career he also acted as an advisor for many private investment and media companies in Canada. He is Board of Director in MINCO Silver Corporation (TSX: MSV). Mr. Lian also is the president of Canada China Business Association, Canada and a director of several charity societies in Canada. Mr. George Lian holds a MA degree in Economics from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as well as a MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.

  5. Management Team • David Bo • Director • Mr Bo has extensive experience in the fields of investment banking, financing, joint ventures, contracting and project management. In 1985 he joined China National Petroleum Corporation. He joined the Ivanhoe group in 1996 where he held various managerial positions, most recently General Manager, Business Development of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation, which role encompassed overseeing the legal and business aspects of the group's companies in China. He started an investment banking and financing advisory business in 2005. • Kaiqiang Fan • Director • Mr. Fan is a Canadian mining expert awarded the Technological Achievement 2nd prize of Ministry of Land and Resources of the P.R.China. He has extensive experience in mine operation and technology. He was involved in the discovery and development of Dapingzhangcopper polymetallic mine in Yunnan province, China.
