  3. Host Employer/Contractor Communication • Required to provide existing characteristics and conditions of T+D system related to safety • Contractor to inform host employer within two days of unanticipated hazardous conditions found during work that was not previously mentioned

  6. Hazard Mitigation Plan • Additional requirements • Job briefings – held daily (at a minimum), documented and retained for 30 days • Emergency response plan - nearest medical facility • Employees will be passport trained and retain documentation with them at all times

  7. Incident Reporting • Incidents must be reported as soon as possible • Unintended outages • Vehicle incidents • Near misses • Recordable incidents

  9. Looking ahead • Business partner WebEx based meetings • Critical danger zones • Fatigue management • OSHA 269 compliance
