Les Schlais has demonstrated an indomitable work ethic from a very young age. His career started when he was still in school, first with mowing lawns at the tender age of nine before he moved on to working as a paperboy.
World Financial Group
Les Schlais worked as a Producing Agent and Builder at World Financial Group, which “is a large Broker Dealer specializing in the sales of proprietary life insurance products for a large insurance company.” He became one of the top producing agents in the two years he spent at the organization, in addition to recruiting and training close to twenty representatives. He made the decision to leave in 1997 due to the company’s lack of compliance discipline.
Financial Services Entrepreneur
Les Schlais co-founded Syncis with the aim of providing middle-income families and individuals with the financial services that he felt the current industry was not doing a good enough job of offering them. The company has grown impressively since 2009, recruiting several thousand Associates in the process. Furthermore, Syncis has also recruited other agencies.
Les Schlais began his career in financial services in 1987 when he became a Farmers Insurance Group Agency Owner. He demonstrated a talent and passion for helping people find the financial services they needed, specializing in auto and homeowners policies. However, he also worked with life insurance policies during this period, which proved useful later on in his career when he was the President of Retiring America, Inc. He is now the Co-CEO of Syncis, which specializes in the sales and distribution of life insurance.
