  1. Les Schlais Experienced Insurance Professional Les Schlais has spent much of his career of over three decades working in the insurance industry. He currently is the co-CEO of Syncis, an independent marketing organization based in the Los Angeles area. Prior to that, started Retiring America, Inc., another independent marketing organization. He got his start in insurance as a life insurance agent for Farmers Insurance Group in Bakersfield, where he worked for eight years. Les Schlais has unrivaled expertise in the insurance field.
