  4. The Design A professional growth model aligned with five domains of the Common Core of Teaching (CCT).

  5. The essence of the module process is to explore professional practice, apply new learning and analyze its impact on teaching and student performance.

  6. Explore a professional growth goal Participate in professional growth activities Try new learning in the classroom Analyze the impact on student performance Submit a Reflection Paper documenting learning and impact on practice and students
