  6. Lockers Monday, August 19, 2013 No outside locks (permission granted by administration) Remember Combinations Sharing Lockers & Combinations Responsible for all items FOUND in lockers Materials and personal belongings must be stored in lockers at all times.

Attendance & Tardies • School Begins a 9:00 am for all students • All tardy students must report to the Guidance office to sign in, and receive a tardy slip (time stamped). • Absences • 3 Consecutive days referred to grade level administrator or counselor. • Excused Absences • Note from parent/guardian
