  2. Background • UNC Modification 0399 • Raised by BG in September 2011 • 3 brief workgroup discussions: October & November 2011 • Direction to Implement: May 2012 • Implementation Date: October 2012 • Development Detail • Workgroup discussions did not discuss definition of data items • Availability of data items through ConQuest and Contact Management System (CMS) not discussed • Legal text and costs not reviewed by Workgroup 2

  3. Shipper Report • Largely the same as the existing report but with shippers identified by Shipper Short Code • Removal of the field: No of cases cleared: GT Actioned • No justification provided for removal of field from reports • Reporting order changed from existing reports • NB: Cases are allocated to the shipper with whom the registration resides regardless of who raised the call 3

  4. Transporter Report (1) • Data fields not discussed or defined during workgroup assessment • Fields may not match the understanding of parties • Only shows a sub-set of theft activity within each network based on logging within CMS on the Transporter Agency systems in line with legal text • Final allocation of SLC7 ownership cannot take place until a theft investigation is resolved • Only CMS data reported – cash collection is undertaken by networks individually 4

  5. Transporter Report (2) 5

  6. Current Position • Covering Document • Web publication includes documentation to make clear context of reported items to ensure users do not use data out of context or misinterpret data • Note to provide context of data items included in footer of each report • Published Reports • All reports available and published from implementation date • Future reports to be published on a monthly basis 6
