  3. Technology Support Computer lab located on third floor of the library (Rick Sowell, Ricky Lovecky, Nathaniel Jones, IT Helpdesk all located within the computer lab). We provide an unequalled level of student computing support (personal computing assistance for all issues up to hardware/warranty replacement/repair).

  8. Classroom/Courtroom Technology A/V Courtrooms (Attend training sessions when appropriate) Report any issues such as lack of wireless connectivity to IT Team Coordinate with us 72 hours prior to any a/v needs in the classrooms or courtrooms

Lab Procedures Log-In with BearID (Firstname_Lastname) Do not save anything to hard drive for later use (later being after you log-off and or re-start) Do not print Lexis resources on non-dedicated printers. Be sure to verify that your account is completely logged out of lab machines. Lab Configuration Scanner (please use the computer it is connected to for this purpose only) Color Printer Open carrels 5 Printers One Bay of Standard lab computers on North Side
