IPRO’s Quality Payment Program Contracts • 2 contracts • 11th SOW “D1” • Support all large practices in NY, DC, and SC • SURS (Small, Underserved and Rural) • Supports all small practices in NY, DC, VA, and MD • Deliverables • Engage 100% of clinicians • Strategy • Macro-level technical assistance • Micro-level technical assistance CMS has contracted with organizations to provide technical assistance to either: (a) practices of 1-15 clinicians or (b) practices of >15 clinicians. In NY, IPRO has contractual obligations to assist all clinicians, irrespective of practice size. 8

Macro-level Technical Assistance IPRO provides: • Webinars that focus on performance categories (Quality, Improvement Activities, Promoting Interoperability, Cost) • Strategic communication: tailoring and disseminating information via mass emails, focused website pages, conferences, mail • IPRO develops resources (cross task focus, MIPS participation information) CMS has contracted with organizations to provide technical assistance to either: (a) practices of 1-15 clinicians or (b) practices of >15 clinicians. In NY, IPRO has contractual obligations to assist all clinicians, irrespective of practice size. 9

Micro-level Technical Assistance IPRO assists practices with: • Reviewing resources • Choosing measures in each performance category • Reviewing specifications for each measure • Ensuring that their EHR vendor can support the measures they have chosen (Registry and/or CEHRT) • Periodically review measures to ensure they are on track for successful participation • Identify participation opportunities for the Quality and Improvement Activities performance categories 10
