Report is a very general term, some focus more on practice while others focus on theory • Things included in a report a. discussion and conclusion b. statement of the problem c. bibliography d. The abstract e. the title f. table of contents g. review of the literature h. acknowledgements i. appendices

Coming to a Conclusion • What is expected in a conclusion A conclusion is the last major part of a report, usually followed by a bibliography and sometimes an appendix. • Ordering the information • Structures for drawing conclusions • Variety of sentence structure The present perfect tense is most frequently used. You may adopt an active voice ,and also use a passive voice. Ex.p.403
