  3. Why an interchange at this location? • TH 15 & Stearns CSAH 120 • Border between Sartell and St. Cloud • Medical Campus’s on west side • +$70 million construction • 100 Acre retail complex under construction on east side • Sam’s Club, Super WalMart, assorted smaller retail

  4. Why an interchange at this location? • NB dual left turn lanes 1500’ length • Signal at 81% capacity • Future volumes

  5. Why an interchange at this location? • Greater Minnesota Interchange Solicitation • Promote Economic Development • Safety Concerns • $10 million • Local cost participation

  6. Why a Diverging Diamond Interchange? • Standard Diamond • Signals vs Roundabouts? • High left turn volumes • Eight lane bridge
