  3. Part One Introduction 一、商务传真 Fax是facsimile的缩写,是一种非常现代化的通讯方式,是目前商务活动中使用较为广泛的沟通工具之一。大部分的公司、企业和机构,甚至一些家庭都安装了传真机,其操作极其简单方便。传真的格式非常简单,所包含的信息也与信函方式基本一样。商务传真由三部分构成:传真的第一部分是题头,内容包括收发传真双方的基本情况,先写收件人(To)情况,再写发件人(From)以及发送传真日期与传真页数;第二部分为主题与正文;第三部分为结尾。 为了方便收件人阅读、辨认以及公司内部文件的保存,很多公司都制定了自己的传真页面格式。   

  4. Part One Introduction 二、电子邮件 由于电子邮件既具备传真的所有优点,又有着成本更低、操作更简便的特点,所以使用越来越普遍。据调查,约有88%的互联网用户使用电子邮件,而在商务领域中约有90%的员工通过电子邮件的形式来联系公务。所以,商务电子邮件的写作在业务往来中占据着举足轻重的地位。商务往来中的电子邮件代表着公司的形象,显示着公司的水平和实力,直接影响到客户对公司的评估。提高商务电子邮件的写作质量,可以减少误解,提高沟通效率。本节将重点介绍商务英语电子邮件的格式、写作原则及相关技巧。

They have told the shipper in the U.K. that the goods must move under Bond (for which they have to pay $1,500 USD) to Qingdao. Since the shipper has paid the oncarriage to Qingdao to Crystal Logistics, COSCO Freight Shanghai must take this cargo, after clearing at Shanghai, to Qingdao CFS.
