  13. 2 Cor. 7:10-11 (NIV) 10Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 11 See what this godly sorrow has produced in you: what earnestness, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what concern, what readiness to see justice done. At every point you have proved yourselves to be innocent in this matter. 2 Corintios 7:10-11 (NVI) 10 La tristeza que proviene de Dios produce el arrepentimiento que lleva a la salvación, de la cual no hay que arrepentirse, mientras que la tristeza del mundo produce la muerte. 11 Fíjense lo que ha producido en ustedes esta tristeza que proviene de Dios: ¡qué empeño, qué afán por disculparse, qué indignación, qué temor, qué anhelo, qué preocupación, qué disposición para ver que se haga justicia! En todo han demostrado su inocencia en este asunto.
