  2. Basic Information • Location : Labrador Adventure Centre • Participants : All Sec 3 students in Cedar Girls Secondary School and 4 Good Hopers • Each class had at least 1 Assigned Leader and a few Attached Instructors

  3. Major Activities - Rock Climbing • Different kinds of walls • Different kinds of rocks • Different kinds of heights • Different kinds of difficulties

  4. Major Activities - Rock Climbing • Afraid of the height • Reach the top with the cheers and encouragement from our friends in Cedar • With the support from others, we may go further and climb higher

  5. Major Activities – High Elements • Between 2 poles strings / objects are tied to help you to walk along the wire

  6. Major Activities – High Elements • Between 2 poles an unstable bridge is tied and nothing can help you to walk along the bridge

  7. Major Activities - Abseiling • 3 Floors above ground • Only 1 rope to hold • The falling speed is controlled by yourself

  8. Major Activities – Zip line • A long string tying from a higher place to a lower oneand the player is attached to the line and slide down Look! Miss Chan is getting ready for her turn!!!

  9. Major Activities – Zip line She is so brave that she can still manage to smile in the 3-floors-above-ground platform

  11. Major activities - Outdoor cooking • Each class 3 times • Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner • Ingredients and recipe • Unforgettable experience • Start the fire by ourselves • Not to waste any food • Not a very nice result

  13. Major Activities – Camp Fire Night • Held on the last night of the Camp • All classes participated and presented their class cheers

  14. Major Activities – Camp Fire Night • Some classes were selected to perform • Singing • Dancing • Playing drama

  15. After going to this Camp, we…. • Found out that we are more powerful than whom we thought we were • Achieved different goals • Did things we thought we would never have a chance to do so

  16. After going to this Camp, we…. • Let go of our fears and faced different challenges • Developed a greater sense of belonging to our school
