  4. Project Ability • Participation in regular competitive activity • Develop meaningful competitive opportunities • Raise confidence levels • Change perceptions and enhance understanding • Provide inclusive opportunities to compete alongside non-disabled athletes.

Project Ability • Inclusive, adapted & specific impairment formats • Training for all SGO’s in disability awareness and the planning & delivery of inclusive competitions • Equipping all schools to increase participation through TOP Sportsability • The inclusion of disability events within L3 county events • Aspirational Paralympic events within the L4 National Competition

Project Ability Schools • Delivering bespoke YST developed training and & provide local advice and guidance to SGOs • Driving the establishment and implementation of more local competitive opportunities for young people • Sustaining young people’s participation beyond their involvement in competition through the development of school club activities
